Health Plans

The District is pleased to provide several Anthem Blue Cross and  Kaiser Permanente health plan options, dental plan coverage from Delta Dental and Vision plan coverage from VSP.  Employees (working 30%) are eligible for these benefits. 

Please be advised that the District has prepared an IRS Form 1095-C for all full-time employees who are eligible to receive medical coverage through the District. The District has also provided the form to the IRS. This form is not required to file your taxes, but you should keep it for your records. The form is available on the Escape Employee Portal.  A paper copy can be requested and will be provided within 30 days of the request.  If you would like a paper copy mailed to you, please contact Payroll at Payroll@piedmont.k12.ca.us.
