How to Submit a Chromebook Repair Service Ticket:
- Send an email to chromebookhelp@piedmont.k12.ca.us
- Describe the issue with your device and how it happened
- Drop off your Chromebook at the PHS Library and check out a Loaner Chromebook
- When your Chromebook is repaired, you will receive an email from Piedmont Support Desk to pick up your device in the PHS Library.

My Chromebook will not let me log into Schoology, but it works on other computers and browsers
→ If you are not able to log in to Schoology (e.g., if you get stuck at the Google sign-in page):
You may need to clear the cookies and browsing data in Chrome.
