- All equipment, supplies, and construction fencing has been removed.
- The synthetic turf field and the unsurfaced track are open.
- The 6000 Sqft track asphalt demo and sub base, and subsequent track resurfacing will resume approximately the first week of June to be completed and finalled by the DSA Inspector no later than the first day of school, August 12. The entire Witter Field track and synthetic turf will need to remain closed over the summer in order to finish the work.
Parking Updates
Palm, Park View, Winsor - Parking restrictions are lifted.
- Minimal parking restrictions will be needed starting on June 3rd. Residents will be notified at least one week before any summer restrictions are neeed.
El Cerrito - Parking restrictions will remain lifted. It is unlikely parking restrictions will be needed on El Cerrito during the summer track resurfacing work.
As a reminder, parking restrictions have been needed to assure emergency vehicle egress during construction hours. This is per the City of Piedmont Fire Department request
