At its November 9 and December 14 meetings, the PUSD Board of Education approved the District schools’ respective School Plans for Student Achievement (SPSA). The California Education Code requires school site councils to develop an SPSA. The purpose of the plan is to create a cycle of continuous improvement of student performance and to ensure that all students succeed in reaching academic standards set by the State Board of Education. The SPSA is developed with the input of all Site Council stakeholders and reflects the current educational needs of students.
