Dear Piedmont Families, Many parents, including me, are frustrated with the continuing uncertainty about when our children will be able to return to school. As you are probably aware, the Governor’s Safe Schools for All Plan adds new requirements that must be in place in order for students to come back.

On June 5, Alameda County released new public health orders that expand requirements to wear face coverings in public, and allow for more recreational activities consistent with on-going shelter-in-place orders.  The complete orders can be seen here, and the County’s press release concerning the June 5 orders can be seen here.
