PUSD Hosts Taste Test for Potential Food Vendors

In preparation for its transition to the National School Lunch Program and providing free brunch and lunch to all students for the 2022-23 school year, PUSD hosted a taste-testing session May 24 for families to sample food items from potential vendors. A variety of items were made available to family members who rated each item and provided comments regarding appearance and taste. Much of the food was received positively with several ‘better than I thought it would be’ comments made. PUSD will use the provided feedback to assist in selecting a vendor for next school year.
