Amy Sharp (student last names A-K)

I moved to California from Chicago in 2016 and love my new west coast home! On weekends you can find me hiking, biking, camping, doing yoga, trying to garden, or enjoying eating at the many amazing food spots in the Bay Area. I love National Parks. If you have a favorite, I would love to hear about it.

Working with students is my passion and I love my job!  I have worked as a School Counselor since 2012 in both the high school and middle school settings. My door is always open, so feel free to call, email, or stop by any time!.

Michael Frisen (student last names L – Z)

I am a California native and I’ve spent my whole life living, working, and going to school in the Bay Area.  When I am not in my office, you will find me playing basketball, watching a Warriors game, listening to old Beatles records, reading books, or chasing my two young children around the park.  I’ve worked as a School Counselor for PMS since 2014 and I cannot imagine working anywhere else. Prior to my time in Piedmont, I was a School Counselor at a middle school in San Mateo. Please contact me or come by my office any time!

Jennifer Stahl – Counseling Administrator

I started calling California home almost 19 years ago, after living and working in London for a few years.   During my free time, I enjoy reading Historical Fiction, visiting Museums and Art Galleries, experimenting with baking and cooking in my home, exploring new places and cultures and gardening.  I have three children who amaze me every day with their curiosity, willingness to lend a hand, and make a difference in the world around them. Please stop by the front office for a visit. I’d love to hear what you are passionate about!
