Core 6/Science 6 Basic Supplies (These supplies should be replenished throughout the year both at school and at home.)

Note: Individual Core 6 Teachers and Science 6 Teachers will require additional supplies.  This is a list of basics.

  • Pencils
  • Erasers
  • Hand held pencil sharpener w/shavings holder (not battery operated)
  • Pencil Pouch
  • One Package of 12 colored pencils (shared between science and core)
  • One red pen
  • One thin black felt tip pen
  • Ruler
  • Highlighter
  • Calculator (with square root and pi)
  • Glue stick
  • Composition Book
  • 3 Pocket Folders

Core 6 Wish List (To be kept in the Core 6 Classroom and shared with all students.)

  • Large Box of Kleenex
  • A large package of binder paper
  • Package of pencils
  • Package of colored pencils
  • Package of markers
  • Glue sticks

Core 7

Core 7 teachers ask that all students have the following supplies for their individual use:

  • One one-and-a-half-inch three-ring binder with dividers
  • Binder paper
  • Pencils and erasers
  • Hand-held pencil sharpener
  • Three pocket folders with fasteners
  • 3 tiny pads of post-it notes
  • a highlighter

Core 7 teachers also request that students donate the following supplies to the classroom.

  • Two 12-pack boxes of Crayola or Prisma colored pencils
  • 4-5 skinny black bic or papermate felt tip pens
  • 3-5 glue sticks
  • 1-3 boxes of Kleenex

  • basic calculator
  • Colored pencils for each student – 8 minimum
  • Red correcting pens – not markers
  • Hi-liter
  • Sharpened pencils
  • Handheld pencil sharpener
  • binder paper
  • science binder or a section in a binder

In addition:

  • 6th grade: Composition book
  • 8th grade: graph paper
