Piedmont High School : Achieve the Honorable

Associated Student Body (ASB) Council

ASB is Piedmont High School’s Associated Student Body Council, which is comprised of five elected and twelve appointed members who meet in Room 34 during class six. The Council are responsible for many activities and events during the school year, such as rallies, dances, holiday celebrations, charity drives, and more. They also ratify and regulate club charters, maintain class and general ASB funds, and provide publicity and support for school-sanctioned events.

The Associated Student Body Council strive to represent all members of the Associated Student Body and are always receptive to new ideas, though all decisions made by the Council must adhere to the PHS Constitution and be approved by the Council Advisor and the PHS Administration. Any student who wishes to meet with the council can schedule a meeting by emailing a request to PHS.ASB@gmail.com or by stopping by Room 34 during a passing period.

ASB elections are held each May. The ASB President and Vice President visit English classes in April to explain how students can participate in the election/selection process. Any ASB Council member can answer questions about joining the Council.
