Millennium High School has contracted with a youth mentoring organization to plan and facilitate two group events for the students that will inform and provide guidance in developing healthy relationships and avoid creating or receiving unwanted attention and harassment. Several students stepped forward to help create this event. We are requiring attendance of all students and will take role. Classes on Friday are scheduled to end at 1:45 and we are requiring students stay until 3 pm. We are making every effort to have full attendance for this important discussion. Snacks will be provided. We will have a follow-up assembly on February 2 during our regular school schedule. Our parent club is helping to fund this effort. Schedule changes are posted around the school and several students and I will be making an announcement on Thursday. Your support is appreciated. Pam
