PHS Students Earn Top Honors in Art Contest

The East Bay Monthly’s 14th annual Cover Contest celebrates the work of young artists in grades six through 12—and their teachers—in public and private schools throughout the East Bay.  Six PHS Students, all products of Ms. Gillian Bailey’s PHS Art Program, were awarded for their outstanding pieces. Robert Yu, PHS Senior, was awarded 1st Place for his piece, “Optical Beauty”. It’s the third time in as many years the gifted artist has been selected for the honor.
