The Computer Lab at Havens affords students the opportunity
to be introduced to and become familiar with educational programs and software that can be
utilized to enhance and accelerate their curricular growth and development. Computer
instructors work directly with teachers so that the most pressing academic needs can be
supported in the lab. Kids get the opportunity to explore new ways to approach writing,
reading, research, mathematics, slide shows, typing skills and more with use of ever
advancing technologies and programs here. Skills retained from the computer lab will be
called upon as students' academic careers advance through middle school, high school and
beyond.
