Parcel Tax Committee Recommendations to School Board

Two Parcel Tax Advisory Committee Community Meetings were held this past week (at Veteran’s Hall and at Beach Elementary School) to discuss a possible renewal of the existing parcel tax and an increase in the existing parcel tax measures. Information regarding the current state of local public education funding, including the role of the parcel tax, was provided.
